Research Focus
The mission of our core unit is to advise and support research groups concerning GMP-compliant realization of their projects. We pay particular attention to possible applications from the initial phase to translation into clinical scale. Therefore, consultation of the ATMP-GMPDU should be considered in the early stages of the corresponding project, especially with regard to the eligibility and use of techniques and ancillary materials. Subsequently, the project is carried out in close cooperation between the researchers, the ATMP-GMPDU and clinicians.
