We would like to welcome you to our Kidney Transplant Conference in September 2025.

Following the presentation and discussion of our transplant figures, we would like to devote this kidney transplant conference to the topic of anemia after kidney transplantation.

Like blood lipids and bone metabolism, anemia is a constant companion in the context of chronic kidney damage, but also after kidney transplantation.

As is so often the case, one wonders which paradigms and approaches can be adopted for our transplant patients or which particularities need to be taken into account.

In this context, we are pleased to welcome our colleague and expert in this field, Prof. Dr. Dr. Reuter
from Münster. He is head of the working group, senior physician and responsible for kidney transplantation from the nephrology side at Münster University Hospital.
