A developed application was created for Berufungsverfahren at the MHH. The Presidential Office of the MHH is responsible for the implementation of the appointment procedures.

Calling up the application for appeals is only possible from externally via https://citrix.mh-hannover.de after assignment by the Presidential Office.

Eduroam  (education roaming)  enables the secure use of the WLAN of almost all universities and research institutions worldwide for all MHH employees.

FACTScience supports the teaching department in study planning, exam organization, event management, PJ administration as well as the continuing education academy in the administration of qualification courses.

The following FACTScience web services are provided:

FACTScience web service for students of human medicine and dentistry:

• Provision of individual plans for students including ical export (for human and dental students).
• Viewing of current performance status (for students of human medicine)
• Online registration and deregistration for exams (for students of human medicine)
• Display of exam registrations and registration status (for students of human medicine)

FACTScience for lecturers:

• Retrieval of detailed information of firmly booked courses, web display of own courses.

FACTScience web registration for qualification courses:

• Online overview of all courses, online registration and deregistration, certificates of attendance, download of handouts

FACTScience web room schedule:

• Online overview of booked teaching and room dates.

FACTScience Room Schedule:

• Online overview of booked and preregistered teaching and room appointments, room requests and booking.

FACTScience Teaching Administration:

• Web-based viewing and editing of teaching contributions and courses.

HIS-GX supports administrative processes of the student administration in the student secretariat in:

• Performing enrollments, re-registrations, de-registrations, leaves of absence, creating certificates, etc.
• Automatic assignment of e-mail addresses for students
• Delivery of data for official statistics (incl. PL of the Federal Statistical Office)
• Creation of interfaces to other MHH systems

The portal for study certificates HIS QIS-SOS offers the following certificates for download:

• Online matriculation certificate/ BaföG certificate according to §9 (German)
• Certificate of enrollment
• Online matriculation certificate (English)

With SoSciSurvey professional online surveys can be conducted: Create online questionnaires, send invitations (incl. follow-ups), download data (SPSS, GNU R, Excel).
