Models of ischemia-/reperfusion induced cholangiopathy in small and large animal models

In this project, the workgroup aims to establish and characterize experimental models of ischemia-/reperfusion induced cholangiopathy in murine and porcine settings. With the help of these, experimental therapeutic approaches (such as cellular approaches) can be evaluated in terms of efficiency and potential transferability into the clinical context.
