3rd year of study (MSE_P_312 block internship in internal medicine)

In the interdisciplinary lecture series on 15 major diseases, lecturers from our Clinical Department will introduce you to the topics of diabetes mellitus and liver cirrhosis.
In the eFAST seminar, you will learn from internal medicine and anesthesiology lecturers about the sonographic detection of free fluid in body cavities, which is useful in emergencies, and the sonographic diagnosis of pneumothorax.

If you have any questions about the 1st - 3rd year, please contact Dr. Sabine Bintaro.

Clinical traineeship and practical year in the Clinical Department of Gastroenterology, Hepatology, Infectious Diseases and Endocrinology

If you would like to do your clinical traineeship with us, we look forward to receiving your application at gastroenterologie@mh-hannover.de. Assignment to the wards is carried out in coordination with the Internal Medicine Center Secretariat, so that, if possible, several students are not assigned to one ward at the same time.

If you would like to complete part of your internal medicine PJ with us, you should first submit a regular application for an internal medicine block at the MHH via the PJ office. Once you have received confirmation of a place from Ms. Minx, you can send your placement requests to Ms. Boße at the Center Secretariat (Bosse.Zuzana@mh-hannover.de). We will try to fulfill as many of your wishes as possible.

Please note that you can be assigned to a maximum of two Clinical Departments at the Center for Internal Medicine. This limit means that you will have eight weeks at each of your two locations, allowing you to arrive at your location and become part of the team.

If you have any questions about the PJ in our Clinical Department, please contact Prof. Dr. Klaus Stahl and Dr. René Abu Isneineh.

You can open the flyer shown below separately here.
