Your personal data will be stored and processed on the server of the MHH computer centre in accordance with the data protection regulations, in particular the DSGVO. Access to the data is granted to the MHH departments and persons to be consulted in the context of recruitment and filling of positions. All data provided by you will be collected, processed and used by the MHH to clarify your request as well as within the framework of the application process and for application processing. If you send files (images and documents) via this form, you give your consent to the processing of this data. This also applies to special categories of personal data submitted by you, such as health data. In accordance with Art. 9 para. 2 lit b) DSGVO, the MHH processes these exclusively for the purpose of handling the application process. Your personal data will only be passed on within the MHH to the departments and persons who require this data within the framework of the recruitment process. In accordance with the legal provisions, employers must be able to prove a non-discriminatory personnel decision even after the end of a recruitment process. For this reason, your data will be stored for 6 months after the end of the recruitment process (in accordance with the AGG). After this period, your data will be anonymised. In the event of a revocation, your data provided via the contact form will be deleted.
