Praise and complaint to the HUB
The Hannover Unified Biobank sees any of your complaints or suggestions as an opportunity to improve communication and work processes in the biobank. We regularly review and reflect on our actions in terms of a continuous improvement process and evaluate these results.
The aim is to process your incoming suggestions, suggestions or complaints promptly. We would like to use the knowledge gained to initiate appropriate measures and initiate projects so that processes and structures at the MHH can be sustainably optimized. To do this, we rely on your feedback. If you wish, we will of course treat your concerns confidentially.
It is best to discuss your concerns personally with the HUB employees or enter them here as internal MHH customers.
