We have numerous journals in our library, some of them exclusively in electronic form, others as print editions.
Our print journals can be searched and ordered via our library catalogue. Making them available usually takes a maximum of 20 minutes. Journals cannot be borrowed, so you can copy or scan desired articles in the foyer.
To access licensed content, you must use the library's links in each case. It is not possible to access the licensed content from the Electronic Journals Database or from databases and sometimes even the databases via regular websites, they require accessing via our website.
Any questions? Have a look at the FAQ, our videos (only in German) or contact us.
The journal you are looking for should be available online, why is full-text access not possible?
It happens that individual articles from journals are excluded from licensing. These can be ordered via interlibrary loan.
However, please also check your access route in advance: select the Electronic Journals Library Elektronische Zeitschriftenbibliothek on the library's website if you are looking for journal titles and use them to start article research, and select databases on the website if you want to start research via a subject database.
