Dagmar Bolgen is a graduate nutritionist and dietician with further training as an allergological nutrition therapist (VDD, German Association of Dietitians), as an anaphylaxis trainer (AGATE, Anaphylaxis Association - Training and Education e. V.) and as a nutrition trainer for atopic dermatitis (AGNES, Arbeitsgemeinschaft Neurodermitisschulung e.V.) as well as a nutrition specialist for cystic fibrosis (VDD).
Her further training is continuously certified by the VFED (Verband für Ernährung und Diätetik e. V.).
Her work focuses on food intolerances and allergies in adults and children, chronic inflammatory bowel diseases and irritable bowel syndrome, anaphylaxis and cystic fibrosis. She is a member of several nutrition-related associations, the VFED (Association for Nutrition and Dietetics) and a founding member of the Allergology and Anaphylaxis Association in Hannover.

Alexia Kristin Jantzen is a dietician and is currently completing a distance learning course in dietetics (B. Sc.). In addition, she has further qualified herself through targeted training in the field of eating disorders.
The focus of her work is on artificial nutrition therapy, in particular parenteral nutrition. In her professional work in an inpatient setting, she cares for patients and guides them into the outpatient area.
Ms Jantzen is a member of the VDD (German Association of Dietitians) and her further training is continuously certified by them.

Sabine Klamt is a physician assistant. The focus of her work is enteral nutrition. She has received further training in the area of wound management in particular, enabling her to assess and care for problematic puncture sites for percutaneous probes. She is also responsible for the transfer of artificially fed patients to the outpatient area.
She also coordinates the transition clinic for oesophageal and anal atresia.

Lilian Schillon is a dietician currently completing the additional qualification ‘Gastroenterological Nutrition Therapy/ VDD’. She has also undergone further training in the methods of nutritional assessment and science (German Nutrition Society).
Her work focuses on gastroenterological and hepatological nutrition therapy, obesity therapy and the performance of hydrogen breath tests for food intolerances.
Ms Schillon is a member of the German Association of Dietitians (VDD) and her further training is continuously certified by them.

Claudia Seipt is a dietician with further training as a DKL/DGE (diet kitchen manager with special qualifications in nutrition and diet counselling from the German Society for Nutrition e. V.).
Her work focuses on artificial nutrition therapy, in particular parenteral nutrition. Her tasks include the transfer of artificially fed patients to the outpatient sector and collaboration on studies on these topics.
She is a member of the VDD (German Association of Dietitians) and the DGEM (German Society for Nutritional Medicine).

Sarah-Jane Zimmermann is a dietician with an additional qualification in nutritional psychology.
Her work focuses on oncological and nephrological nutrition therapy, obesity therapy and the performance of H2 breath tests for food intolerances.
Ms Zimmermann is a member of the DGE and the VDD (German Federal Association of Diet Assistants). Her further training is continuously certified by the VDD.
