Welcome to the AGG Complaints Office at MHH
Discrimination? Not here.
At MHH, everyone should feel safe, respected, and treated fairly – regardless of their origin, gender, age, religion, sexual identity, or disability. If you ever feel this isn’t the case, you can reach out to us: the AGG Complaints Office in the Equality Office - Your Point of Contact for Discrimination in the Workplace. Do you feel unfairly treated? Or have you witnessed something that wasn’t right?
Contact us – confidentially, safely, and without fear of retaliation.
Your Rights:
- You have the right to complain at any time if you experience discrimination (§13 AGG).
- We will provide you with a quick response, typically within 24 hours.
What Happens After You File a Complaint?
- We listen. We’ll have a confidential conversation to clarify what happened and what you want to happen next.
- No one is allowed to retaliate against you – that’s legally forbidden (§16 AGG).
- You decide. We won’t share any of your information without your consent.
- We move forward. Depending on the situation, we’ll assess whether discrimination is involved and explore the next steps.
- If needed, we may consult with the Legal Department or Human Resources – but only with your agreement.
- Even if your concern doesn’t directly fall under the AGG, we will still take care of it and work with you to find a solution.
