Who We're Looking For
We welcome applications from:
- Postdoctoral researchers (R2) looking to grow into independent scientific leaders.
- Experienced researchers (R3–R4) aiming to take on leading roles in translational research or interdisciplinary projects.
- Scientists with third-party funding or the ambition to secure it (e.g. Humboldt, Fulbright, or Marie Curie Fellows), seeking a fast-track into our structured career development system.

Your application will be reviewed in two stages:

- Final selection: Selected candidates will be invited to a personal interview with an interdisciplinary panel.
