Current Projects

• Optimization of strongly neutralizing antibodies against Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus-2 (SARS COV-2) infections, which includes the structural modeling of antibody-antigen complexes, the modeling of docking scores and the development of artificial intelligence (AI) methods for the optimization of antibody-antigen interactions for the neutralization of viruses at an early stage of infection.
