Welcome to the MHH Facilities & Departments MHH-Institutes Institute of Cellular Therapeutics Cellular Therapy Centre (CTC) Services Standard preparations / immunoselection / immunodepletion

  • Autologous blood stem cell preparations (PEI.G.04101.01 to 03) - three drug strengths (cryopreserved, possibly CD34-purified)
     
  • Allogeneic blood stem cell preparations (PEI.G.04102.01 to 09) - nine different drug strengths (fresh or cryopreserved, possibly at the same time low in donor plasma and / or CD34-purified or CD3 / CD19-depleted)
  • autologous bone marrow (PEI.G.04103.01) - one drug strength (cryopreserved)
     
  • aallogeneic bone marrow (PEI.G.04104.01 to 04) - four drug strengths (fresh or cryopreserved, possibly at the same time low in donor plasma and / or erythrocytes)

The CTC supports the hematological clinics of the MHH in the care of bone marrow donations and takes over the subsequent production of the approved drug strengths from bone marrow.

Donor lymphocytes made from apheresis material, whole blood or bone marrow for relapse treatment as donor lymphocyte infusion (DLI) in the desired portioning (fresh and / or cryopreserved, possibly low in donor plasma).

Reconstitution of cryopreserved residual placenta blood (umbilical cord blood) from other pharmaceutical manufacturers (only after consultation) and from DLI, etc.

We keep a wide range of validated flow cytometric measurands; further parameters can be established and validated on request.

The MHH Hospital is a maximum care hospital with a nationwide catchment area. The university teaches medicine, dentistry, biochemistry, biomedicine, midwifery and health sciences. The main research areas are Transplantation and Stem Cell Research / Regenerative Medicine, Infection and Immunology Research, Biomedical Engineering and Implant Research.
