What is SayIt! and why this website?
SayIt! is a platform for respectful interaction at the MHH. It aims to make sexist, racist and discrimination of all forms visible without exposing perpetrators. The anonymous comments collected here are intended to shake things up.
Yes, unfortunately such situations happen every day.
No, jokes or "compliments" that are based on generalized attributions and reduce individuals to their origin, gender, sexual orientation, religion or other things are not okay.
But if we realize this together, we can change everyday life and Communications at our university and in our workplaces!
