You know best who fits in with us
Our employee recruitment program for nursing professionals
Do you know someone in your circle of friends who is currently looking for a new job and is highly qualified for Nursing? Then go ahead, don't hesitate and recommend this talent to us! If you are successful, we will reward you with a non-cash bonus worth 500 euros for you and your team.
This is how it works
As this is a pilot project, you can take part if you work in the Devision of Nursing at Hannover Medical School. For the time being, only healthcare and
(pediatric) nurses can be recruited.
- Check online to see if there are any suitable positions for your candidate in our ► nursing jobs portal and encourage them to submit an application. Unsolicited applications are also possible and welcome.
- Fill out the application form completely. Either use the paper form in the flyers available on the ward and send it by internal mail to the office GB I - OE 0010 or use the online form ►here.
- In the application, the applicant states that the recommendation was made by you. Once the application has been received, the normal selection process will take place.
- You may make an unlimited number of recommendations and the recruitment form must be completed for each recommendation. Click here for the online version of the form.
- You cannot make verbal recommendations
- A recommendation must be made before the application is received.
- You can only recruit talents who are not yet working at MHH.
Once the new employee has completed their probationary period (6 months), you and your team are entitled to a non-cash bonus worth up to 500 euros.
Once the new employee has passed their probationary period, you will be informed by the Human Resources/Organization Division that a bonus can now be used. You submit a proposal to the Human Resources/Organization department as to how the bonus value should be used. Personnel Management checks whether the requirements for the bonus are met. It is important that the bonus benefits your entire team. The team-building character should be clearly in the foreground. No cash payment will be made.
