1 All data provided by you will only be collected, processed and used by MHH as part of the Recruit Talent program. In doing so, MHH is obliged to comply with the provisions of the relevant legal provisions on Data Protection, in particular the European General Data Protection Regulation (EU-GDPR) and within the framework of national legislation under the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG). Your data will of course be protected and treated confidentially and will not be passed on to third parties.
2. only employees of GB I Human Resources/Organization who are responsible for the program and the award distribution have access to your collected data. The data will only be made available to the representatives of the respective Department involved in the process to a limited extent. No other persons within MHH have access to your data.
3. you have the Legal right to information about the personal data stored concerning you (Art. 15 GDPR).
4. you can object to the recording and storage of your data at any time without giving reasons to the MHH either by e-mail to talente-werben@mh-hannover.de or by telephone on +49 511 532 6514.
