Fit for Work and Life is part of MHH's comprehensive occupational health management program and is offered by the Clinical Department of Rehabilitation and Sports Medicine and the Clinical Department of Psychiatry, Social- and Psychological Therapy together with the Occupational Health Management.
The program is made up of tried-and-tested individual measures from the participating departments and is geared towards the individual work situation and workplace-related problems of the participants. The individual measures can be preventative, therapeutic and/or rehabilitative.
No matter how you assess your own state of health - everyone can set goals for their own performance. These can vary from "running a marathon" to "losing weight" or "being able to switch off in the evening" to "climbing a flight of stairs".
Fit for Work and Life can make an important contribution here with its wide range of measures for every goal.
Find out during an appointment in our medical consultation how you can best achieve these goals and which measures are suitable for you.
The measures vary from equipment training and prevention courses to rehabilitation sessions lasting several weeks, whereby the plan for your Fit for Work and Life participation is always drawn up a year in advance.
Would you like to start right away? Information on registration and the program can be found on the intranet (for employees only).
