at the Hannover Medical School we work every day on ensuing the best possible care and support.

If you have a suggestion or criticism that you cannot/could not resolve on site, let us know and we will take care of it. In case of praise, we will gladly pass it on to the concerned department.

We take your report very seriously and endeavour to respond to it promptly, in a solution-oriented, trusting manner and to the satisfaction of all parties.

We act in accordance with the Charter of Diversity signed by the MHH in 2013.
