In addition to the MHH data protection information, we would like to explain how we handle your data in feedback and complaints management:

All data requested in the feedback and complaints management online form are necessary for processing your request/complaint (GDPR Art. 6 (1) (f), basis for data collection). Your contact details will be stored together with your message in MHH's own IT system. Your data transmitted to the feedback and complaints management system will only be used to process your request/complaint. Only data necessary for processing will be passed on internally at MHH to the responsible employees (GDPR Art. 5(1)(c), principle of data minimisation). Your contact details will neither be used for advertising purposes nor passed on to third parties outside MHH.

In the case of data relating to a patient's stay or treatment, we are legally obliged to store the data for 30 years.

You can revoke your consent to the storage of your data at any time after authentication and request its deletion. To do so, please write to the MHH Feedback and Complaints Management, Carl-Neuberg-Str. 1, D-30625 Hannover.
