Management
The organisational processes of BIOHYBRID ensure timely management to achieve the research objectives within the designated budget and time frame. Organisation in these boards enables the efficient and close interaction between the decision-making and the operational management bodies regarding scientific, administrative and financial aspects of the BIOHYBRID project. Work Package 6 describes the work, milestones and deliverables of the consortium management.

General Assembly
The General Assembly acts as the ultimate decision-making body of the BIOHYBRID consortium and meets every nine months to share progress on work packages and tasks, evaluate findings, decide on upcoming activities and discuss publications. Furthermore administrative and coordination issues are also presented to all partners.
Coordination Board
The Coordination Board meets every three months and acts as the supervisory body for the execution of the BIOHYBRID project. Strategic decisions, upcoming conferences and managerial aspects are discussed. The Coordination Board consists of:
