These are questions many postdocs—whether Medical Scientists or Clinician Scientists struggle with after completing their doctorate. It’s a phase characterized by uncertainty, but also by new possibilities. Yet often, clear guidance and responsibilities are lacking: funding paths, career options, and institutional resources are not always visible or easy to access. Moreover, opportunities for genuine peer-to-peer exchange with fellow postdocs facing similar challenges are rare.
