Postdocs often face a challenging phase in their academic careers: career paths could be unclear, funding opportunities may be difficult to navigate, and many postdocs miss a visible peer-group or structured guidance for planning their next steps.

This interactive session is designed to address exactly these needs. It brings together postdocs and clinician scientists at MHH to strengthen peer exchange, provide orientation, and create a space to actively discuss career options, funding opportunities, and future perspectives.

The event will help you reflect on key questions such as:

• How do I plan my next career step?
• Which academic career paths are open to me?
• What funding schemes and support structures are available at MHH?
• How can I connect with peers and role models?
