Christian Seifert has been working at the Institute ofGeneral Medicine and Palliative Medicine since September 2023. He works there in patient care and teaching.

After training as a nurse, he studied Human Medicine at Justus Liebig University Giessen and Hannover Medical School from 1996 to 2002.

He completed his specialist training at the Klinikum Region Hannover, Neustadt am Rübenberge Hospital. In the field of internal medicine cardiology/angiology and gastroenterology as well as in the Center for Internal Medicine of the Friederikenstift Hannover.

At the Diakovere Friederikenstift, he worked mainly on the palliative care ward, where he acquired the additional qualification in palliative medicine.

Since 2011, he has been working as a GP at the Wunstorf Luthe GP group practice.
