Help with heat in nursing homes geriatric-general medical expert guide Hanover
An interdisciplinary team of experts in geriatrics and general medicine has developed a heat guide that provides practical tips for care homes, GPs and relatives on how to better protect care home residents. There are also many valuable tips for senior citizens at home.

They are aimed at professional and voluntary caregivers in outpatient and inpatient palliative care and hospice work.
Recommendations for the care of people at the end of life and their relativesBased on the empirical data from the project "Optimal end-of-life care - OPAL", a brochure with recommendations for end-of-life care was developed. In particular, this takes into account the views of GPs as well as the experiences and wishes of experts at the interfaces to GP care and relatives.
LoCatE brochure "Caring for a seriously ill person over a physical distance: recommendations for psychosocial support measures"The recommendations were developed on the basis of the empirical data collected in the LoCatE project and published in cooperation with the German Society for Palliative Medicine (Deutsche Gesellschaft für Palliativmedizin e.V.). They are aimed at professional and voluntary caregivers in outpatient and inpatient palliative care and hospice work.
MAGIC - The Geriatric Basic Assessment for General PracticeThe Manageable Geriatric Assessment (MAGIC) is a questionnaire that can be completed within 10 minutes. The basic geriatric assessment is designed for practical use and helps to assess relevant problems in older patients.
