Survey in the Polite project

Research project on the implementation of the new form of care "particularly qualified and coordinated palliative medical care" (BQKPMV)

Part of the current first work package is the survey of all GPs and SAPV service providers in Lower Saxony. The participation of as many GPs with a practice in Lower Saxony and SAPV service providers as possible is important in order to improve the care of people at the end of life.
