Duration: 01.06.2023 to 31.01.2025

The project is being carried out by the Clinical Department for Rehabilitation and Sports Medicine and the Institute ofGeneral Medicine and Palliative Medicine in cooperation with the General Practitioners' Association of Lower Saxony and the Long COVID Germany initiative and is funded by the Federal Ministry of Health.
