Equality
With this decentralized equality plan, we want to create obligations for transparent Human Resources. Equal opportunities should be seen as both a task and an opportunity for the further development of the Department.
We want to create secure and transparent framework conditions under which scientific and clinical careers, family responsibilities, raising children and Nursing of relatives can be reconciled. One of our main objectives is to reduce the under-representation of women through early and effective promotion - while always ensuring that the best candidates are selected.
The legally enshrined goal of equality is not just a mandatory task. Rather, it offers the opportunity to reduce discrimination, structural inequality, gender-specific attributions and role stereotypes. We are guided by the principle that all employees should benefit equally from equal opportunities, regardless of their gender.
