Your training registration - our Data Protection

As part of your registration, we collect data that differs depending on whether you are employed at the MHH or not.

Your personal data will be stored and processed on the server of the MHH data center in accordance with Data Protection regulations, in particular the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Only employees of the Training Academy for Nursing at MHH and the relevant lecturers have access to your data. Within the MHH, the data of MHH employees will only be passed on to those areas and persons who need this data to fulfill contractual and legal obligations or to implement the legitimate interest of the MHH.

For external participants, the data will be passed on in the context of invoicing if another invoice recipient has been indicated.

Data traffic only takes place via the https protocol and is therefore protected.

The personal data you provide will be processed for the purpose of establishing contact and administration for the training event you have selected.

The data will be anonymized 1 year after the end of the calendar year. The anonymized data is used exclusively to collect statistical data. It is no longer possible to issue certificates of attendance once the data has been anonymized.

For MHH employees, the data is stored for the duration of their employment at the MHH.
