The Central Pharmacy of the MHH supplies outpatients of all outpatient forms (§ 116, 116b, 117 and 140a SGB V) with cytostatic preparations, finished medicinal products and infusion solutions. The drugs provided are administered as part of on-site therapy at the MHH on the day of therapy. Therapies that are to be continued on an outpatient basis and outside the MHH in the longer term belong to the supply area of public pharmacies and are not supplied by the Central Pharmacy. Medical care centers (MVZ, § 95 SGB V) of the MHH are also excluded from supply via the Central Pharmacy.
The Central Pharmacy's outpatient management assesses the prescriptions issued for outpatient medicines and settles directly with the payers of the statutory health insurance (GKV) or the self-pay patients of the private health insurance (PKV). Prescription co-payment amounts are claimed in accordance with § 61 SGB V. The co-payment or self-payment invoices issued by Outpatient Clinic Management after the assessment are sent to the outpatients treated by post after the therapy.
The outpatient management of the Central Pharmacy provides outpatients of the MHH with care, taking into account drug therapy safety and the cost-effectiveness of the drugs used. We are happy to discuss individual solutions with you.
