The GE Discovery NM/CT 670 is a modern hybrid system consisting of

• a conventional dual-head gamma camerafor planar and tomographic organ and whole-body scintigraphy, and a fully-fledged
• a fully-fledged 16-line X-ray computer tomograph (CT)for the production of low-dose CTs for fusion with the scintigraphic data and/or the production of supplementary diagnostic CT images.

The camera is used flexibly at the MHH, e.g. to enable a detailed examination of tumor diseases.
