Our initial intake takes place during general consultation hours, where you can present yourself without prior appointment or referral. Depending on your concerns, basic clinical and, if necessary, radiographic diagnostics will be carried out during the initial admission. Further treatment will then be planned with you and an internal referral will be made:

• Admission to the student treatment courses
• Treatment by an assistant dentist
• Treatment by a head/senior physician

Of course, acute conditions (e.g. pain, dental trauma) will be treated immediately by a dentist. However, please understand that elective and less urgent procedures must be planned accordingly and require a follow-up appointment.

In order to keep waiting times as short as possible, we would ask you to provide us with the following information at the time of registration:

• Current X-ray findings (no paper printout) or alternatively the contact address where the X-rays can be requested.
• Current medication list
• Any relevant physician's letters
