In our Clinical Department, the professional nursing staff see themselves as part of a specialized treatment team. We work together with other professional groups in a cooperative and trusting manner. The common goal of our work is to ensure optimal and differentiated care for each patient.
Psychiatric Nursing coordinates the therapeutic measures of all professional groups involved in the treatment process. In addition, the nursing staff support and supplement the therapy with independent treatment options.
The focus of our nursing activities is on building and shaping a trusting relationship with patients. Therapeutic goals and measures are discussed and developed with the patient wherever possible. Ideally, relatives and other people involved in the patient's care are also included in the therapeutic care process.
Since shaping the patient's relationship with themselves and with other people is at the heart of our work, we support and advise each individual with empathy and professional competence. We always keep our professional expertise up to date with the latest developments in nursing science, medicine and other related sciences. Our work is based on the MHH nursing mission statement.
