On the basis of § 8 of the study regulations for the study programmes in dentistry at Hannover Medical School, the following applies: personal data is collected in the course of course registration, which is necessary for this purpose. For my personal data, this means that it may be stored and processed on the server of the MHH data center in accordance with data protection regulations, in particular the GDPR. Only the employees of the MHH web editing team and the Office of Academic Affairs Dentistry as well as the lecturers of the courses for which I have registered have access to the data I have provided in the course of course registration. The personal data I have provided will be used for the planning and implementation of the courses offered. In addition, the processing of the personal data provided by me is used to contact me in order to clarify my concerns. My personal data will only be passed on within the MHH to those departments and persons who need this data to fulfill contractual and legal obligations or to implement the legitimate interests of the MHH. The personal data collected in the course of course registration will not otherwise be passed on and will be used in accordance with the enrollment regulations of Hannover Medical School. In the event of a revocation, my data that I have provided via the contact form will be deleted, provided that there are no data protection regulations or retention periods to the contrary.
