I have taken note of the following information obligations, which fully inform me about the use of the data collected in the course of this feedback form:
Personal data will be stored and processed on the server of the MHH data center in accordance with data protection regulations, in particular the GDPR. Employees of the Office of Academic Affairs Dentistry have access to the data collected in the course of the clinical traineeship feedback form. The personal data I provide will be used to organize and improve the clinical traineeship as well as teaching and learning research and will also be used to contact me if questions or concerns need to be clarified. Personal data will only be passed on within the MHH to those areas and persons who need this data to fulfill contractual and legal obligations or to implement the legitimate interest of the MHH. The personal data collected in the course of the feedback form for the clinical traineeship will not otherwise be passed on. The data provided will be stored by the MHH for as long as it is required for quality assurance or research purposes. In the event of revocation, the data I have provided via the contact form will be deleted. Inquiries in this regard should be addressed to the Office of Academic Affairs Dentistry of the MHH:

I have the Legal right to information about the personal data stored about me (Art. 15 GDPR). If I discover that incorrect personal data concerning me is being processed, I can request rectification (Art. 16 GDPR). I have the Legal right to request the deletion of my personal data if there are certain reasons for deletion. This is the case, for example, if the personal data is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was originally collected or processed or if I withdraw my consent and there is no other legal basis for the processing (Art. 17 GDPR). Furthermore, I have the Legal right to restrict the processing of my personal data (Art. 18 GDPR), to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR) and a general right to object (Art. 21 GDPR).
