Dear patients,
and dear family members,

we cordially invite you to this year’s conference for people with kidney disease and their families, which will once again be dedicated to the topic of kidney transplantation.

Once again this year, we have put together a diverse program for you that covers the entire transplant journey—from the waiting list and the transplant process to post-transplant care.

A special focus this time is on living donation, which will be discussed in detail in an extended presentation. There is some interesting news to share on this topic.

The patients’ perspective is a central concern for us. Therefore, as was the case last year, patient representatives will be actively involved in the event.

The conference will once again take place in a hybrid format: You have the option to attend in person in Lecture Hall F at Hannover Medical School or to follow the event online via livestream.
Our goal is to enable as many interested individuals as possible to participate.

We look forward to an informative and stimulating event with you and would be delighted to welcome you on November 14, 2026.

Sincerely,
from Hannover Medical School
