Speaker: Dr. Sebastian Bertele Clinical Department of Psychiatry, Social- and Psychological Therapy, MHH ADHD seems to explain almost everything: the chaos, the restlessness, the constant stress with others. Sometimes that’s true—and sometimes it’s something entirely different: the aftermath of trauma, ongoing stress, the lingering effects of what you’ve been through. And that’s good news: Because what seems like a disorder today was often, in the past, a wise adaptation to difficult circumstances. This evening, we’ll explore together how to distinguish between these possibilities and who you can turn to for help.
