Living with a chronic illness or other impairments is not always easy and often requires those affected and their relatives to make changes to their everyday lives.
INSEA "Healthy and active living" is a helpful supplement to medical and therapeutic care.
It has been proven that participants' quality of life improves and their energy and mental well-being increase. At the same time, exhaustion and social isolation decrease. Cooperation with the physicians treating them
also improves.
Over the course duration of 6 weeks, participants meet once a week for 2.5 hours (a break is included).
Participation is free of charge.
Each group is led by two trained course leaders. At least one of them is directly or indirectly affected by a chronic illness.
Open to anyone interested.
