We cordially invite you to our information event for patients on the occasion of Hidradenitis Suppurativa / Acne Inversa Awareness Week
.
Numerous events are taking place throughout Germany around this date to provide information in a suitable forum about current treatment options and ways to improve the quality of life for patients and their families.
Mr. Stephan Traidl, a specialist in the Clinical Department of Dermatology and Allergy, will explain the background and context of this skin disease in his lecture and outline ways to improve the condition.
Following this, Ms. Dr. Judith Basten will discuss the benefits of quitting smoking for the skin, and Mr. Julius Zeuschner will provide tips for a healthy diet.
After the break, Mr. Cristoph Terkamp, internist and senior physician at the Clinical Department of Gastroenterology, Hepatology, Infectious Diseases, and Endocrinology, will discuss the effects of the new incretins on the skin, inflammation, and metabolism.
In addition, during the break and following the event, you will have the opportunity to visit our information booths and speak with our experts.
