Successful 20th Endoscopic Forum live
The North German Gastroenterology Day 2025 in conjunction with the 34th Annual Conference of the North German Society of Gastroenterology(NDGG) was a complete success. The event offered an extensive program that not only brought together physicians and endoscopy staff from the region, but also provided a unique opportunity for networking and training.
A highlight of the event was the 20th Endoscopic Forum, which took place live and provided a platform for experts and colleagues from the region to enhance their skills and share experiences. The program not only included live demonstrations and specialist lectures, but was also moderated by renowned experts such as Prof. Dr. Joachim Arnold, Prof. Dr. Hans Seifert and Nicol Herling. The live transmission of the examinations into the lecture hall provided excitement and allowed the participants to look over the experts' shoulders as they worked.
The endoscopists who carried out the examinations in the functional unit at Hannover Medical School were Prof. Dr. Benjamin Heidrich, Prof. Dr. Joachim Arnold, Prof. Dr. Jürgen Hochberger, Prof. Dr. Stephan Hollerbach, PD Dr. Henrike Lenzen, Dr. Peter N. Meier and Prof. Dr. Jochen Wedemeyer. Their expertise and experience made for a unique and informative experience for the participants.
A special highlight was the presentation "How hot is the cold snare" by Dr. Ingo Steinbrück, which stimulated interesting discussions between the live demonstrations. The participants were able to ask the experts their questions, which led to a lively and informative exchange.
In addition to the Endoscopic Forum, the organizers also offered workshops on endoscopy and sonography, which gave participants the opportunity to deepen their knowledge and find out about the latest developments and technologies. As part of the company symposium, participants were able to find out about the latest developments and products and make contacts.
We would like to thank everyone involved for their support and help in making the event a success. We hope that we will be able to hold such a successful Endoscopic Forum again next year and look forward to seeing you again in 2026.
