First presentation in our outpatient clinics

We are here for you!

As we are working at full capacity due to high patient numbers, we depend on your help to ensure a smooth treatment process within our outpatient clinics. We therefore ask you to note the following information:

Visits to our outpatient clinics are only possible if you have an appointment.

Information on our outpatient clinics and how you can reach them (email or telephone) can be found here. If it is necessary to make an appointment by e-mail (e.g. in our hematology or oncology outpatient clinic), please send us relevant documents as a .pdf file when requesting an appointment (see below).

Please inform us promptly in case of postponements so that examinations can be canceled.

Documents (in copy!) required for the appointment should be handed over when registering at our outpatient clinics. This includes e.g: CT/MRI findings, pathology findings, physician's letters, examination findings or CDs.

If it is necessary to register by e-mail (e.g. in our hematology or oncology outpatient clinic), please send relevant documents as a .pdf attachment directly with the appointment request!

Please prepare questions relevant to you in advance - before your appointment with the attending physician.

Do you need a prescription? Please prepare a written note of the medication and hand it in when you register at the outpatient clinic!

If you have an appointment without consultation of a physician, a blood sample will be taken. Please wait for the results so that we can carry out a transfusion, if necessary.

Thanks for your cooperation!
