New in the Clinical Department

As a new employee at HTTG Surgery, we won't leave you alone and will make sure that you don't get off on the wrong foot.

In the first few days of your employment, we will invite you to an "induction circle". Here you will have the opportunity to get to know almost all areas and workplaces in our Clinical Department during a one-day work shadowing session, regardless of your professional group and your future role in our team.

This will give you a comprehensive overview of the overall structure of our Clinical Department and enable you to better place your own work in this overall context. Finally, in the first few days you will get to know many of the colleagues with whom you will later work directly or indirectly.

The following plan represents a basic model of this introductory circle:

• Day 01: MHH introductory event
• Day 02: Normal ward 15
• Day 03: IMC ward 12
• Day 04: Intensive care unit 74
• Day 05: HTx outpatient clinic
• Day 06: Vascular surgery with consultation hours
• Day 07: Cardiac surgery
• Day 08: OR Nursing
• Day 09: Thoracic surgery
• Day 10: Normal ward 25
