Federal Voluntary Service in Forensic Medicine

The Department is looking for a volunteer (m/f) who is not afraid of dealing with the deceased. The volunteer will mainly be deployed to support the dissection assistants, in the toxicology laboratory and with administrative work. This includes helping with the administration of incoming and outgoing bodies (e.g. receiving deceased bodies from morticians), assisting with the preservation of materials during post-mortems, helping with the collection of samples from the Institute of Toxicology and carrying out minor tasks or errands for the entire department. The Department offers a fascinating insight into the world of forensic medicine.
