If you are unable to attend the test for an important reason, please contact the degree program coordinator (master.biomeddat@mh-hannover.de) immediately by e-mail and give reasons for your absence. We will then get in touch with you.

Excerpt from the admission regulations (§5, para. 3)

The written aptitude test as a mandatory part of the admission procedure takes place at Hannover Medical School and lasts 90 minutes. [...] Applicants who do not take the aptitude test will be excluded from further participation in the admission procedure. The admissions committee will decide on exceptions to this if an important reason for the absence has been submitted in writing to the degree program coordinator by the day of the knowledge test. If an important reason is recognized, the application will be considered in the further admission procedure, whereby zero points will be awarded for the knowledge test.

My personal data will be stored and processed on the server of the MHH data center in accordance with data protection regulations, in particular the GDPR. Only the staff of the program coordination of the Master's program Biomedical Data Science of the MHH have access to the data.

My data will be used for the organization and, if necessary, contact in connection with the knowledge test, which is part of the application and admission procedure of the study programmes.

My personal data will not be passed on.

Once my data has been collected by the MHH President's Office, it will be stored for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected. As a rule, this means that my personal data will be deleted or anonymized after the knowledge test has been carried out. Existing retention obligations and periods are observed.

In the event of a revocation, my data that I have provided via the contact form will be deleted.
