Interdisciplinary training for tutors in blended learning format

In order to organize a tutorial well and work well with groups, the tutor needs social and methodological skills in addition to specialist knowledge.
The training program covers topics such as

• Planning and organizing a tutorial
• Attitude and appearance in front of groups
• Communications with groups
• Dealing with difficult situations

This interdisciplinary tutorial program of the three universities MHH, TiHo and LUH comprises two face-to-face sessions and is supplemented by e-learning components and online activities. It is aimed at tutors from all three universities and their various study programs.
