At the end of May, Barbara Schüling, who has played a key role in establishing and shaping the diabetes counseling program at MHH since 1997, retired to a well-deserved life of leisure. We wish her all the best in this new chapter of her life.

At the same time, we are very pleased to have had Helen Wolpers, a DDG-certified diabetes counselor, on our team for the past year. She will be taking over all of Ms. Schüling’s responsibilities going forward.
