Day clinic - contact and team
To make an appointment, please contact the day clinic by telephone or fax. We would like to ask you to bring your complete medical records with you to your first appointment so that we can provide you with the best possible advice and treatment planning. This includes laboratory tests, tissue findings (histology and cytology), X-ray, computer tomography and magnetic resonance imaging examinations (preferably on a CD), operation reports and physician's letters. A referral slip from a registered physician is required for patients with statutory health insurance.
Please bring some time with you, as the outpatient appointment may last until 14:00 due to the complexity of the consultation.

Please use the entrance to the MHH polyclinics and turn right into the 3rd corridor into building K4, at the end of which you will find the Gastroenterology Day Clinic. Use the MHH site plan for orientation.
