Our eLearning philosophy

The SARS-CoV-2 pandemic has fundamentally changed the use and level of experience of electronic media for professional communications and for further education and training. This has also had a positive impact on employees' assessment of the opportunities for meaningful use.

In Learning on Demand (LOD), these advantages are taken up and can be integrated into daily work. All MHH employees will be able to access and use learning content on demand as part of the MHHmed training academy.

In the LOD project, a digital infrastructure is being created to provide and use electronic learning content in a uniform way that is optimized for learning success. LOD combines classroom teaching, transfer impulses and eLearning in a blended learning concept.

All MHHmed courses also use digital eLearning offerings for preparation and follow-up.
