Disclosure Requirements

I have read and understood the following disclosure requirements, which fully inform me about the use of the data provided via the contact form: My personal data will be stored and processed on the server of MHH’s data center in accordance with data protection regulations, in particular the GDPR. Employees in MHH’s Administrative Unit for Communications have access to the data.

Purpose of data collection
My data will be used to process applications for filming permits/photography permits.

Disclosure of data
My personal data will be disclosed within MHH exclusively to those departments and individuals who require this data to fulfill MHH’s legitimate interest.

Storage
After collection, my data will be stored by the MHH Communications Administrative Unit for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose. As a rule, this means that my personal data will be deleted or anonymized after the broadcast (initial airing) for which the filming/photography permit was requested. Applicable retention requirements and periods will be observed.

Withdrawal of Consent
