In the trial against a former MHH physician, the Hanover Regional Court today acquitted the defendant of three counts of homicide. The MHH welcomes the fact that the verdict provides legal clarity for all parties involved.
The Hanover Public Prosecutor’s Office had launched an investigation after the MHH reported a case in the spring of 2025 and brought charges in three cases. The Hanover Regional Court accepted the indictment. Throughout the investigation, the MHH cooperated fully with the relevant authorities.
