Stay abroad of more than 90 days
Students who are abroad for more than 90 days have the option of having the semester ticket fee reimbursed.
Important! The 90 days must be complete and in one piece in the semester of reimbursement. When providing proof, please make sure that at least the start and end or duration of your stay are clearly stated.
Notes on possible reimbursement
If your application results in an entitlement to a fee refund, we will transfer the money back to the original payment account. If you do not wish this to happen, please send a message to finanzen@mhh-asta.de.
Instructions for completing the form
- Please note: it is not possible to save the form temporarily.
- Use the Chrome, Edge or Firefox browsers to complete the form. Using Safari leads to difficulties when filling out the form!
- PDF documents created on a Mac can cause problems when uploading, as they are sometimes not recognized as PDF.
"I have taken note of the following information obligations, which fully inform me about the use of the data provided via the contact form: My personal data will be stored and processed on the server of the MHH data center in accordance with data protection regulations, in particular the GDPR. Employees of the Student Office and the AStA department for finances have access to the data."
Purpose of data collection
"Reimbursement of the semester ticket fee due to absence of more than 90 days."
Example: "The processing of the personal data provided by me serves to contact me in order to clarify my concerns."
If I send files (images and documents) via this form, I consent to the processing of this data. This also applies to special categories of personal data transmitted by me, such as health data. In accordance with Art. 9 para. 2 lit. b) GDPR, the MHH processes these exclusively for the processing of the application for reimbursement of the semester ticket due to absence of more than 90 days.
Forwarding of data
"My personal data will be forwarded within the MHH exclusively to the AStA department for finance.
Storage
"Once my data has been collected by the MHH Student Office and the AStA department for Finance, it will be stored for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected. As a rule, this means that my personal data will be deleted or anonymized 10 years after final settlement with the transport association. Existing retention obligations and periods will be observed."
Revocation
"In the event of revocation, my data that I have provided via the contact form will be deleted."
